Here’s what I love; Seeing the light come on in the eyes of a room full of people… just after I’ve pushed them to look right over the edge of their “comfort zone.”

Of course, I’ve been addressing groups of people ever since my rise to CEO of a $20 million construction enterprise – yes,  I’m comfortable in front of audiences! But I stepped away from that executive position exactly because I wanted to share my personal experiences with as many people as I could.

I’d watched myself and so many others getting in the way of our own success – wasting time, money and energy, sabotaging our best efforts with negative messages… So when I made my breakthrough, and found the clarity, confidence and courage to be powerful – consistently – I wanted to let everyone know they can do that, too!

So now, I get a real thrill out of sharing this knowledge with an audience. I’m passionate about telling real (not fluffed-up) stories that inspire, motivate, engage and teach. I deliver high-energy, content-driven, actionable material, customized to suit your audience. I challenge them to act, to do something different, to “up their game,” by holding up the reality mirror, helping them face what makes them anxious and holds them back – and triumph over it.

That’s when the light goes on!
